Making a Booking
Once your booking has been made, and the deposit payment received we will issue a confirmation invoice (NB for bookings within 8 weeks of departure full payment is required). Please check all details carefully as it sets out what we are promising to provide. If you have any queries contact us immediately.
The balance of the holiday cost must be paid not less than 8 weeks before you travel. We reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you and impose cancellation charges, if we do not receive full payment by the required date. Please note, cancellation charges will accrue until you notify us in writing of your intention not to travel as indicated in Section 8 of these conditions.
The Price of Your Holiday
All prices on our website and brochure were based upon costs as known at the time of issue. Whatever happens to the value of the pound we guarantee that we will not impose currency surcharges. In return for this commitment we cannot offer refunds if our costs decrease for any reason.
We reserve the right to increase or decrease the price of unsold holidays at any time. To benefit from any special offers you must book by the date specified. All offers are subject to availability.
The prices in the brochure/website apply at the time of publication but we do change prices from time to time. Prices can go down or up.
We guarantee that once you have made your booking and paid a deposit, we will not increase the price of any confirmed element of your holiday.
